In this blog post, I’ll cover managing a standalone (WORKGROUP) Hyper-V Server 2019 Installation.
Firstly we will need to download the Windows Admin Center Package.

Installing Windows Admin Center on Windows 10
Launch the install from your downloads folder, Accept the EULA and Click ‘Next’.
Choose your Update Options, and Click ‘Next’.
Click ‘Next’.
Configure the below settings, Click ‘Next’.
NOTE: The Admin Center Site Ports must be above 1023
Installation Starts.
Installation Complete.
From Microsoft Edge, Enter https://localhost:6516.


Adding Hyper-V Server to Windows Admin Center
From the Windows Admin Center Portal, Select +Add.

Select ‘Server’.

Add the IPv4 Address.

Select ‘Manage As’.

Enter the Local Administrator Credentials for the Hyper-V Host

Connected to the Hyper-V Host.
